I took my mother to Al for hearing aids. He was extremely professional, kind, and patient. Al took his time explaining the results of her hearing test, which the ENT she visited did not. He went over in detail how to properly care for her hearing aids. He was also able to get a much better price than the ENT quoted. I can't say enough good things about Al and the entire staff at In Network Hearing Care. They are truly top notch and we will never go anywhere else.

Network Hearing Care is a place you can trust. They are completely upfront with meeting your needs and affordable not trying to push overly priced hearing aids. I'm sure if that is the market you are looking for, they can help with that. The most important thing I would like to comment on is the service I received after the sale. I had a minor problem with my aids and took them in and they took care of it no questions asked. A few months later I experienced a more serious problem. Took them in and they had to be sent back to manufacturer. A few days later they call and are ready for pickup, arrived and received a new pair of hearing aids at no charge. Praise the Lord! Not only did he lead me to a great place to deal with but this business also deals with reputable businesses. God is good!

I had an excellent experience. I knew I needed an adjustment to my hearing aids because I wasn't hearing what I should be hearing. After a complete and through hearing test it was discovered that my left hearing aid was set for my right ear and the right for my left. MY previous provider had made a big mistake. Al Robinson did his magic straightening everything out. He also set up my hearing aids and phone correctly. What a relief. I thought my hearing had deteriorated and I was possibly going to have to get new hearing aids. He assured me that was not the case. What a relief to get true professional attention. Visited the In Network Hearing Care office in Anderson, SC, on 3.12.25. Received excellent service. Newest tools allow you to see on a large tv monitor what Dr. Al Robinson is seeing inside your ear. A color photocopy of the hearing test results is available. Front Desk Assistant Taylor is very friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time. Dr. Robinson is very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by the professionalism at In Network Hearing Care. We thought our family member was hard of hearing but after the completion of the hearing test, it was determined that his issues were more cognitive than hearing related. Mr. Robinson, audiologist, was very patient during the exam and upfront with us regarding hearing aides would not improve the patient's hearing. Not the outcome we were looking for but appreciate Mr. Robinson's honesty and recommendation. We will definitely recommend his practice to anyone who needs hearing assistance.

Definitely deserves a 5 star review. This was my 1st hearing evaluation, exam, test. The entire visit, including filling out paperwork, intake questions, otoscopic exam, hearing tests took about 30-40 minutes. There was no wait, as I was the only one in the office. Al, the hearing specialist, was kind, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly. I am an RN, so I kind of knew what to expect. Al was professional. The otoscopic exam was a visual one where I saw my ear canal and ear drum on a tv screen. The audiological tests were done in a sound proof booth and conducted as I expected. Al then reviewed all results with me and offered advice to help me make a decision on how to move forward. I highly recommend the In Network Hearing Care office.
